  1. Use a gallon zip-lock bag
  2. Put your meat in
  3. Marinate in refrigerator
  4. Then you can just throw the bag away when done marinating-no extra dishes!
  5. Eat delicious, flavorful meat

Jerky:

  • Trim as much fat off as possible of a 4-5lb roast as possible.
  • Slice roast into strips, approximately 1/8" thick.
  • Place meat into bag/container then pour marinade over.
  • Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning/mixing meat occasionally
  • Dehydrate to your specifications
  • Let cool
  •  Enjoy!
